WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
The type of personal data we process may include (as applicable) the following depending on your use of the Website:
Identity Data IP address.
The pages of the Website that you visit and usage information for the Website.
Any sound data that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person and that you voluntarily provide by submitting a sound recording on the Website.
We may collect information direct from you and use, disclose and store it when:
you access, use or interact on the Website at www.absurda.ch;

you make any enquiry or complaint; or

If you upload Sound Data onto the Website, then we may process that data for the purposes of moderating and deleting it in order to ensure that it is excluded from the Website.
We do not collect any special categories of personal data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences (including terrorist offences and fraudulent activity). You should not provide us with any such information on the Website.
We may process your personal data for more than one lawful ground depending on the specific purpose for which we're using your data.
We'll only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose.

We maintain and implement a data retention policy and will delete personal data in accordance with this.
